Who we are
IPTV Test, operating the website iptvtest.sbs, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We provide subscription access to live television and on-demand content.
What we collect
When you contact us we hold the phone number or email address you contacted us from, together with the content of that conversation. When you subscribe we hold the details needed to create and support your line. When you browse the site we hold standard technical data: IP address, approximate country, device and browser type, the pages you viewed and where you arrived from.
Why we collect it
To provide the service you asked for, to support you when something does not work, to prevent fraud and abuse of our network, and to understand which pages and languages are worth improving. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone.
Legal basis
Where you are in the EU or the UK, we rely on performance of a contract for the data needed to run your subscription, on legitimate interests for security and basic analytics, and on your consent for anything else. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what came before.
How long we keep it
Subscription and billing records are kept for as long as the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle refunds and disputes. Support conversations are kept while they are useful for supporting you. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or aggregated.
Who we share it with
Only the providers who make the service work: payment processors, messaging platforms, hosting and content delivery. Each handles data on our instructions under a contract. We disclose data to authorities only where the law actually requires it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of first-party cookies, chiefly to remember the language you chose so we do not redirect you again on your next visit. Any analytics or advertising pixel is disabled unless it has been explicitly switched on for this site, and none is used to identify you personally.
International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside the country you are in. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on the safeguards those transfer rules require, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a particular use, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to us and we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned in support conversations with existing subscribers.
How to reach us about this policy
